Terms

Capora is currently in beta and is offered for product validation. These terms do not present Capora as a registered company. They state no company name, registration number, tax number, registered address, or governing law, because those details are not established for this phase.

Capora lets you save language in a personal lexicon, including through the Chrome and Firefox extensions. It is a learning tool. It is not a school, a qualification, or legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Generated language can be wrong or incomplete.

You are responsible for the text you capture, type, store, or otherwise submit. That text may include personal information and material from third-party websites. You need the rights and permissions required to submit it and to have it processed as the Privacy notice describes. Capora does not control those websites, browser vendors, or extension stores, and does not guarantee that their content is accurate, lawful, or available. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and with the terms of the sites you capture from.

You keep your rights in the text you submit. Capora may host, store, display, and process it, including by sending it to the providers named in the Privacy notice, only to operate the beta. Capora does not take ownership of that text.

The beta may change, be limited, or stop. Free accounts have the limits shown in the product. Capora Pro remains a separate plan, and the prices shown in the product stay visible. Choosing Unlock Pro starts checkout with Dodo Payments. Completing that checkout can create a real charge. Cancelling renewal keeps paid access until the end of the current period. Deleting an account cancels a chargeable subscription immediately. These terms do not waive consumer, privacy, or other rights that the law does not allow to be waived. A statutory withdrawal flow is not implemented in the product.

The beta is provided as it is and as it is available, to the extent the law allows. Capora does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that generated language is accurate. Nothing here excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Capora may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that creates a security risk, or that materially breaks these terms.

Questions about these terms are covered on the Contact page.
